Title: Mama's Pineapple Date Nut Bread

Yield: 1 Servings

1 Egg
1/3cMilk
1/3cButter; melted
1cCrushed pineapple in juice
1cPecans; chopped
1cDates; chopped
2 3/4cAll-purpose flour
3/4tsSalt
2 1/4tsBaking powder
1/4tsBaking soda
3/4cSugar

Beat egg; add milk, butter, pineapple, nuts and dates. Blend dry ingredients and add to fruit and nut mixture. Bake in 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan, which has been greased and floured. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
